On any page e.g http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/0.9753751036924678?veaction=edit

* click Cite
* click Basic
* click the down arrow in the text field saying "General references"

resulting text repeated "General references" is shifted too far down and displayed truncated.  the effect is worse in Chrome than in Firefox

attached screen shot shows the difference between Chrome and Firefox
