In the debug mode on local wiki installation, a warning is shown in orange with red exclamation point and a stacktrace. It works fine except that often one warning triggers a chain of other warnings, and the later ones overlap the one underneath, without any easy way to view it.  If possible, please make them stacked oldest on top. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure this isn't MediaWiki functionality, but some silly PHP debugging thingy that Vagrant turns on by default or something.

Yeah, I think there's a CSS class conflict with something in php5-xdebug in something in core, but I never bothered actually investigating it.
