I was looking for https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/Commit_message_guidelines but I can't remember the exact page name. I typed "Commit message guideline" for a search but results contain nothing useful https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Search&search=Commit+message+guideline .

There is some search suggestion, but it appears that it treats "guideline" as a typo of "guidelines", not its singular form (so they're not indexed together).

Weird - that should work.  Cirrus uses kstem which tries to err on the side of being less aggressive with stemming.  I believe its possible to add overrides.  I'll have a look.
