I'm using fi.m.wikipedia.org and if I click the page title link (Wikipedia:Tiesitkö että...) at https://fi.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toiminnot:MobileDiff/14347931 it goes to a page without ... suffix. (reported using WP 8.1)
Prioritization and scheduling of this bug is tracked on Trello card https://trello.com/c/oq1aDY12
Clicking on the title link took me to https://fi.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Tiesitk%C3%B6,_ett%C3%A4... which I assume is the correct behavior. Maybe it got fixed because of other changes?

I tried again with different browsers, and it seems that the problem is with UC Browser only. So I assume that nobody here can fix it.

So I assume that nobody here can fix it. It might be a good idea to file a bug with UC Browser. ;)
Yeah, I've reported it on their forum and this can be closed as invalid now.
