On rowiki currently exists about 200 empty redirected categories which are considered non-empty by MediaWiki software and therefore are placed in https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categorie:Categorii_de_redirec%C8%9Bionare_populate
(Category:Non-empty redirected categories)
They are here for months, not 1-2 days. Something it's not working correctly.
