Using the demo code at <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/OOjs_UI?useskin=vector#Showing_a_dialog> in FF32 on OSX, underlines are showing above the option I'm hovering over.

This looks like the return of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=727125 in a different guise. Meh.

Note that that bug was marked with the FF33 milestone, and Kunal is using FF32.

Also, we already have a bug for this browser bug, duping to that.
