Description C. Scott Ananian 2014-10-06 21:02:48 UTC
Right now we use the collection ID (a long hex hash) as the download filename, even for downloads of PDFs of single articles. (We use the collection title when available, but it is not set for collections generated via the sidebar link.)

We should use the article title instead whenever possible.

Note that http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6266 points out some issues with using non-iso-8859-1 characters in the downloaded filename. We should address these.
