At MediaWiki and ee-flow Flow Boards, 20 seconds after loading, the "New Topic" box pops open the "post" area (but without any buttons. See screenshot).  Consistently. It's spooky.

20 seconds is the delay before loading the editor component:

Most likely thats whats triggering this
