This problem on the daily dump of all the languages ​​of the project.

The English version seems to work:
1. Go to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Database_download
2. Click link in last sentence: These dumps are available ''here''.
3. End up on http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/incr/wikidatawiki/

...but cs, de, fr, ru are all broken.

Hence might be a translation problem?

The page was fixed but not marked for translation yet. I marked it for translation and not it seems to work fine in Russian as well.

please tell me , where I can see the connection between the new words in the daily damp updates?

vova: Not sure if your question is related to the problem in this bug report (daily dumps could not be found). 
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Contact_the_development_team could be used for generic Wikidata questions.
