Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a new image
3.Open the media settings dialog again
4.Click on "Choose a different image" button
5.Select a different image
6.Click on "Apply Changes" button

Observed Result:

User gets stuck inside Media Settings dialog.Cannot close the dialog anymore
