This practically also covers *http://web.archive.org/web/20110600000000/http://code.pediapress.com/wiki/ticket/827 ** Add all subpages to a book ** assigned – jojo – urgent – feature – 16 months usually all subpages are linked from their index; and we could even find a way (with JavaScript?) to include all pages linked from a special page (like Special:PrefixiNDex, Special:Whatlinkshere or whatever).
