I get the same error when running abc2ly manually. Attached the abc file for convenience; it's 140K, that doesn't seem unreasonably large (although I am not familiar with the format).

This affects a specific file only. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bugzilla/Fields#importance for how severity gets assigned.

Given that abc2ly gives the same error when called manually, this is not a MediaWiki bug, although it might be a Wikimedia configuration issue (if upgrading some package would fix it). Next step would be to test with a current version of abc2ly; if that works, this bug should be moved to the Wikimedia component and rephrased to be about upgrading abc2ly on the Wikimedia servers. If that doesn't work either, the bug should be upstreamed to the abc2ly maintainers.
