Description JulesWinnfield-hu 2014-10-10 17:45:26 UTC
Got "Failed to serialize data." on https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kereszt%C3%A9te and others. Error goes away with null-edit.

Do you have steps to reproduce or at least a test case where I can see the bug right now? If not, I assume this was just some kind of temporary hiccup...
Comment 2 JulesWinnfield-hu 2014-10-19 17:33:03 UTC
I can't reproduce it. There were about 70 pages with this error using mw.wikibase.getEntityObject, mw.wikibase.label and mw.wikibase.sitelink. It's possible that it was related to a single item because all pages were under a certain category.

Yes, could be. I'm closing this as works for me for now per my above commetn. If you ever encounter something like this again, just reopen this bug.

I can't see anything like that on any of the pages linked there, also nothing obvious in the error logs.

Could you maybe provide a screenshot of said error message (including the error details you might get when you click on the error message)?

The links look fine to me (both logged in and out) :/

Thanks for the screenshot, that gives me more of an idea of what is going on here. I'll investigate more in the next couple of days.

Still occurring after https://github.com/wmde/WikibaseDataModel/commit/05bd532e3ce6f5b9e31259b70acbca27f778e40c has been deployed?
Comment 10 JulesWinnfield-hu 2014-11-01 13:56:38 UTC

Seems to no longer be an issue.
