i've installed wikibase on a fresh mediawiki following this guide:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/Installation

jquey.ui.menu.js is missing.

What version of MediaWiki are you using? (Go To Special:Version on your wiki to see that)

Wikibase basically requires MediaWiki master... the jQuery ui module missing here eg. was added in MW 1.24.

You might have luck using MediaWiki 1.24 with Wikibase master for now, but I can't guarantee it.
