confirm dialog when "Skip..." is checked

As a logged in user at http://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard

correct behavior: 
* Click Next at bottom of page
* Click link to "Main Page" or some other link from "Upload" tab
* Go to Main Page

incorrect behavior: 

* Click "Skip this step in the future"
* Click Next
* Click link to "Main Page" or some other link from "Upload" tab

* Browser puts up a confirm dialog instead of taking user to destination

The change that causes this behavior was in the master branch as of 30 Sept (but not 29 Sept)

This seems to be fixed as of 19 October
