Bug in mediawiki-core / maintenance / removeUnusedAccounts.php 
(Is this the correct place to report it?  If not, where is?)

The removeUnusedAccounts.php script has an option to ignore users that belong to specified groups, to avoid deleting them.  For example, to ignore any user in the administrator group, the script would be run as:

  php removeUnusedAccounts.php --ignore-groups=administrator

However, it does not seem to work correctly, because it still lists the user "Abuse filter" even though that user belongs to the administrator group.

As a workaround, I created a Talk page for "Abuse filter", and this (as a side effect) caused it to be ignored.

The actual group is named "sysop", so you probably need to use that.
