Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Open Cite>Book or Cite>Journal
3.Place the cursor inside the Title field

Observed Result:

A weird red border is surrounding the textfield instead of light blue highlight

Looks like a regression from the "highlight invalid text inputs" change.
