On any page append ?action=info, e.g. 

http://m.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.24/wmf17/Changelog?action=info

Page has multiple headings and arrows indicating that they should expand and collapse, but no headings collapse, regardless of what state the headings are. See screen shot

I expect it's been happening much longer than that... the MobileFormatter doesn't run on this page but the JS loads so the tables do not get wrapped in divs. Toggling javascript should probably not load when an action other than view is set.

Only seems to effect the info page so probably low priority.
