Call to undefined function Wikimedia\\IEGReview\\curl_init() in /srv/deployment/iegreview/iegreview/src/ParsoidClient.php

Works on php 5.5.x but not php 5.3.x in production.

This problem went away when we got other deployment issues ironed out.
