Description Dan Michael Heggø 2014-10-19 16:20:04 UTC
On Norwegian Bokmål Wikipedia most templates use classes from https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css rather than inline styling. This means that not loading Common.css causes severe rendering issues in lots of pages. See for instance the completely broken route map at

https://no.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/M1_(Københavns_metro)#Linjekart_og_takstsoner

Is there some other page we could move our CSS classes to, that will be loaded on mobile as well? There are surely many classes that are not needed on mobile, but also many that *are* needed.

Hello!

Mobile specific stylesheets are placed in MediaWiki:Mobile.css. Please make sure to not overload the page with unneded classes.

P.S.: A better way to ask these questions is the talk page [[Extension_talk:MobileFrontend]] or the irc channel (you were already there, right? You left too fast, so you haven't read my answer i think :)).

Setting as invalid.

No, I haven't been to the IRC channel, but someone else from nowiki might have. Anyways, thanks – Mobile.css will do well! I just panicked a little when I figured out that this have affected so many pages for a really long time... I really wish we had some better announcement channels since it's really hard to stay on top of things.
