The mk-edu mailing list was created in support of an education program attempted by Wikimedia Macedonia. The program is apparently discontinued, its leader disengaged from activity, and the list has been dormant (and bespammed) for long months now. I propose to disable/close it. (I am one of the list admins.)
Asaf, as you are a list admin for this list, you should be able to do all you want to with the list itself. Can you still log in as an admin?
Adding on to what Andrew said; disabling the list in a some-what multi-step operation here. First, remove the list from the listinfo page display by going to <https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/admin/mk-edu/?VARHELP=privacy/subscribing/advertised> and setting the value to 'No'. Then to reject all new posts go to <https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/admin/mk-edu/?VARHELP=privacy/spam/header_filter_rules> and in the first rule box, enter 'From: .*' and select the 'Discard' option. This will now discard all emails with a From header (the preferred way when rejecting all mail in mailman). If spam is an issue after the above, go to <https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/admin/mk-edu/?VARHELP=general/owner> and remove all the emails listed there. This will mean no emails will be sent out to people regarding pending requests. If you can't login as Andrew asked above, I'll get mutante to run shell commands.
