Created attachment 16857 [details] Firefox with the wrong box Steps to reproduce: 1. Open [[William Shakespeare]] in VisualEditor. 2. Scroll to the ==References== section and select the contents (a complex transclusion). 3. Try to open it so you can edit it. This hangs in Firefox 32 with this error message: Warning: Unresponsive script A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue. Script: https://bits.wikimedia.org/en.wikipedia.org/load.php?debug=false&lang=en&modules=jquery%2Cmediawiki&only=scripts&skin=vector&version=20141016T200718Z:89 It opens correctly (but slowly) in Chrome and Safari, and sometimes in Firefox, too. When it fails to open correctly, then it displays the contents in the wrong dialog box (see attachment).
