I can't create an account at https://phab-01.wmflabs.org/auth/register/ .

It throws an exception:

Unhandled Exception ("AphrontQueryException")
#1114: The table 'worker_activetask' is full

Yeah, it's been wonky all day. I think the disk is full.

Works for me; I was able to create yet another account there.
Please reopen if still an issue
