Setting up language links is a pain in Vagrant
You manually have to do something like this on your new install:
INSERT INTO interwiki (iw_prefix, iw_url, iw_local, iw_trans) VALUES ("es", "http://es.wikipedia.org/index.php/$1", 0, 0);

Would there be a way to have this working out the box?
