See screenshot. For some reason the summary field in the editor no longer has appropriate styling. It's supposed to have a border at the very least.

Note input styles are currently not loaded on all pages and probably should be so bug is not fixed.

Errg I just saw your patch. That said the input CSS module contains a lot of cruft not relevant to mobile. We may want to revisit this considering it only styles two input fields.
