At diff pages for Flow edits, e.g. https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Topic:S3yhhkzdxz2i36ma&action=compare-post-revisions&topic_newRevision=s4bmlla1ikqxkhc4
the explanation at the top contains plaintext that should be links. The example currently reads:

This page shows the changes between two versions of a post by קיפודנחש in the topic "[/wiki/Topic:S3yhhkzdxz2i36ma Hovercards & Navigation Popups don't coexist well.]" on [/wiki/Talk:Beta_Features/Hovercards Talk:Beta Features/Hovercards].
