We can't merge in MobileDrontend

None of these tests are actually breaking the QUnit tests.

We can't merge any code including a fix we need to lightning deploy because of this :/

Don't recall what it was but I think this was a bug in MF or mediawiki-core.

Has been fixed by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/168747/ "Remove deprecated call of SkinTemplate::outputPage()"

The call has been deprecated in MediaWiki core with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/168690/
