The webservice for the wikidata-todo tool runs, but produces only blank pages, no matter if the page actually exists. I removed access and error logs, as well as the local config file; no effect.

Same thing for the "magnus-toolserver" tool.

Update: Some functions of wikidata-todo now seem to work, after repeated webservice restart. magnus-toolserver seems to be still offline/loading forever.

Update 2: magnus-toolserver now works again, after many webservice restarts. I'll reduce priority, but I'd still like to know what this was. Black hole server grabbing the webservices?
