Description Diego Queiroz 2014-10-30 19:41:17 UTC
Currently, some wikis use {{void}} as a Template to include empty strings into pages.

This template has several uses (some of them described at [[:pt:Template:Void]]), but especially, they can be used to produce some special behavior on pages intended to be transcluded/substituted.

I know there are other ways to get empty string from templates (like {{ns:0}}), but I think it is important to have a safer method, that does not depends on previous configuration or tweaks.
