https://datasets.wikimedia.org/public-datasets gives a 404 (meaning that people on SSL can't access any data available at this URL). See https://twitter.com/wrought/status/528059346995802112

I first get
"datasets.wikimedia.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for stats.wikimedia.org (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)" in Firefox 33 and then a 404.

Deprioritizing, as this did not break ... it never worked.

The corresponding RT ticket from 2014-08-05 is RT #8085.
