Steps to reproduce: 1.Insert a table 2.Select an empty cell 3.Observe the text format options in the toolbar are active, so select one like Bold/Italic 4.Enter text inside the cell Observed Result: The text formatting did not get applied to the text entered afterwards
We don't have the concept of insertion annotations at a cell level. Not sure we need to either.
