Misbehaving read/edit tabs

I moved my browser to take up half the window and the tabs on the Vector skin jumped underneath their designated line (Wikibooks).

Interestingly, everything worked fine when I followed the link to the next chapter.

When there is a draft, the "Read" tab is collapsed to the "More" dropdown, but not on other pages. That's why the tabs fit your very small screen in the /Intro, but not on the /Front Matter.
