On any page in beta labs e.g. http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Media_Interface_VisualEditor_Test?veaction=edit

Click Cite/Website or any other Cite selection. 

Nothing happens. No Cite inspector appears.

js error is "TypeError: title is undefined"

This started happening again? Although not for basic reference but for citations and no error in console this time

The fix is re-verified in betalabs and test2.
