This bug is systemic. We have connected our Mediawiki to the enterprise LDAP through LdapAuthentication. At first connection from a user, the user is automatically created in Mediawiki. Then, the first page to be edited after this creation, whoever does the edition, and whatever the page, is credited to the user who was just created. Example from our wiki: This is the summary of newly created users : Show only users with edits Sort by creation date Sort in descending order (first | last) View (previous 50 | next 50) (20 | 50 | 100 | 250 | 500) Henri MAGNIN - SESA24708 (Talk | contribs | block) (Created on 4 November 2014 at 15:06) Kevin J Habel - SESA44142 (Talk | contribs | block) (Created on 4 November 2014 at 15:03) Herve Hellez - SESA125927 (Talk | contribs | block) (Created on 3 November 2014 at 17:42) This is the recent changes page : - ! 17:24 KM - Knowledge Management (7 changes; hist; +2,041) [Henri MAGNIN - SESA24708; Beatrice LE MOING - SESA45835×6] 17:24 (cur; prev; +21) Beatrice LE MOING - SESA45835 Show user links (→Knowledge Management Approaches) 17:21 (cur; prev; -9) Beatrice LE MOING - SESA45835 Show user links (→Knowledge Management Approaches) 17:19 (cur; prev; -19) Beatrice LE MOING - SESA45835 Show user links (→Knowledge Management Approaches) 17:17 (cur; prev; +84) Beatrice LE MOING - SESA45835 Show user links 17:13 (cur; prev; +7) Beatrice LE MOING - SESA45835 Show user links 17:11 (cur; prev; +1,959) Beatrice LE MOING - SESA45835 Show user links m ! 15:09 (cur; prev; -2) Henri MAGNIN - SESA24708 Show user links You see user Henri MAGNIN did the modification of page "KM - Knowledge Management" at 15:09, just after being created at 15:06.
