When moderating a topic, Flow is reporting the topic having been deleted/suppressed by the last user to update the Flow board, and NOT by the user currently logged in. 

Seen by running the moderation browser test for Selenium_user where user Selenium_user_monobook was last to update the Flow board https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Flow/blob/master/tests/browser/features/moderation.feature
