Although "MediaWiki:Categorytree-num-empty" [0] is localized at translatewiki.net [1], that doesn't seem to work at Romanian Wikipedia. Instead of "fără conținut" (Romanian translation) we are being shown "empty" in the Category namespace (see here [2] for instance).

When was it translated? If it's after Oct 27 this is invalid due to bug 62861

The tw page dates back to 2011. The ro. one was deleted on Oct 24.

FYI: I found this by using uselang=qqx on [2].
