Steps to reproduce:

1.Open any of the following dialog:
Basic Reference/Citation/Reference list/Page Settings

2.Start typing

Observe that , the text that you are typing is appearing on CE, as the cursor is active there instead of inside the dialog

This is still happening for all other dialogs(Page Settings,References List,Citation) except Basic Reference dialog in test2
