Dan's comment on internal list: I think the initial setup should be de-coupled from the dev team's process. It sounded like Yuvi was willing to do some set-up without our help. It's more a matter of deciding if we're ok supporting a private Quarry going forward. If so, we can start ad-hoc as the instance would bring instant relief to research.
