Wikidata's JS tool at Wikipedia doesn't recognize Template:category redirect. it should add langlink to target category like hotcat gadget

Can you explain further what you mean? I don't understand it unfortunately.

For example a category has Template:category_redirect like 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:1936_in_Indonesia

when at local wikipedia I add 
en > Category:1936_in_Indonesia
it should add redirect target like
en > Category:1936_in_the_Dutch_East_Indie
Now it adds Category:1936_in_Indonesia
Hotcat gadget adds the target
