Saw lots of bugs reported and fixed about the jumping of focus when using the toolbar.  Now seeing the problem in MSIE for many uses of the toolbar.  Would like a clue about fixing it.

Some examples when a page scrolls up in IE11 

- Using Backspace button 

- changing existing Page title, Heading, and sub-headings to other format
