As shown in the screenshot, the Special:Watchlist legend reduces the space available for the labels of the various selectors. In particular, the labels of the "[ ] Invert selection [ ] Associated namespace" checkboxes wrap, and the submit button with them.

A wrapped label is not at all clear and the submit button, placed near the beginning of the line, doesn't clearly convey the information that it applies all of the selectors above it.

I think the solution would simply to start the wrapped line after the horizontal line where the namespace dropdown ends, so that the selectors and submit button are kept in a limited rectangular region in the centre-right.
