Reproduce: change the rank of a claim, click edit.

Expected: UI exist edit mode after successful claim.

Actual: Value field says editable, even though, the "save", etc buttons are replaced by an "edit" button.

this also sometimes happens when i try to change the order of a statement.

and sometimes the save button does not activate when changing order.
