Description Kevin Leduc 2014-11-13 02:14:53 UTC
WMF displays data form comScore: http://reportcard.wmflabs.org/

Per comScore's data usage policy: http://www.comscore.com/Insights/Data_Usage_Policy, and legal's advice:

* The policy requires us to distinguish comScore data when presented alongside other data sets. The report card doesn't seem to present any other data sets. But if it incorporates other data sets in addition to comScore, you will need to figure out with the comScore account representative how to represent this in an acceptable way. The policy is not clear on that point.

* The attribution needs to capitalize comScore and you need to check with them whether you need to use a (R) or a TM symbol depending on how their trademark is registered in the US.

* If we use Custom research, the attribution should say so.
