Can we extend User rights through more $wgGroupPermissions options, eg.


The display of various page tabs (View, Talk, Read, Edit, Edit source, View history)

The display of configuration links (Username, Talk, Preferences, Beta, Watchlist, etc)

The display of revisions

Tools links

The display of HTML elements with a specific ID or class.

The option of all the above, but optionally specific to desktops or mobiles
