Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a bullet list
3.Insert a link as first item
4.Press enter and go to the next bullet point
5.Type "Link"
6.Select it and press command+K


Observed Result:
Link inspector is appearing broken as it appears in the screenshot
