dragging gallery to Media

1. VE: insert media(a picture) and a gallery.

2. Attempt to drag a gallery into Media and drop - a horizontal vertical line will be displayed. The screen recording is attached.  

e.g.

Note: happens *only* with dragging  a gallery.
