We need for each video a text file containing the Wikimedia Commons page initial content, with the {{Information}} or other relevant template, categories, etc. The script will then add the videos as new files you uploaded with the content you provided in text files as first revision.
Oh, and we also need an URL we can wget from the server. Google Docs doesn't satisfy this condition.
Comment 2 issue is addressed, the text files are provided in the archive.
