The fix 52792 will display a warning "This reference is used [n] times on this page." when editing Basic citation only. 

Apply the same warning when editing mutliple instances of any kind of citations.

This is the same issue as editing the group of a non-basic citation.

It's possible by simply selecting the reference, opening the menu and selecting 'Basic' (even if it isn't basic).
