Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Make an Edit and Save the page

Observe that, at the end of the page the tag <br /> gets added after the timestamp of last edit made of that page

Environment:en.wiki, test2 and Betalabs

This is due to some weird enwiki customisation of the message that got imported by Petrb.
