Steps To reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert few references
3.Insert a reference list at the end of the page
4.Insert a group reference
5.Insert a group reference list at the end of the page
6.Place the cursor in the slug created between two references list
7.Now open Page Settings dialog 


Observed Result:
"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'previousSibling' of undefined" appears in the console.
